Your complete satisfaction is our goal! Please refer to the guidelines below to successfully complete a return. All item(s) being returned must be in unworn, new condition. Item(s) must be complete with all original parts. Any missing or damaged parts will be deducted from the amount to be credited. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product(s) will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us. Personalized (engraving, photoart, etc) items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


Non-personalized items maybe returned for refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase. A copy of our invoice should be included with to ensure speedy processing. If a copy of the invoice is not available, please contact us directly at 1-888-854-0375. When possible, please return items using the same packaging in which you received them. Otherwise, please ship your return item(s) in a protective box or padded envelope. Returns must be sent via the US Postal Service. It is recommended that the package is insured for the retail value of the item(s) being returned and delivery confirmation or a return receipt are strongly advised. Returned item(s) sent without insurance, delivery confirmation or a return receipt that are lost or stolen are not liable for refunds. Refunds will be credited within 3 business days of the receipt your return and will be applied to the credit card used to complete the purchase. Shipping expenses are not refundable.

Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged shipment, contact us as soon as possible and a return label will be sent to you. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
